These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Breezy Photobooth in connection with our photo booth services.
Program Description
Breezy Photobooth provides guests at events with the option to receive their photo booth images by SMS/MMS.
After using the photo booth, a guest may voluntarily select the text/SMS sharing option and enter their own mobile phone number to request delivery of their photo.
Messages are primarily transactional and are sent in response to a guest's request to receive their photo booth image. Breezy Photobooth does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing messages.
Consent
By selecting the text/SMS sharing option and submitting your mobile phone number on the Breezy Photobooth sharing screen, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Breezy Photobooth related to the delivery of the photo you requested.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on the number of photo-delivery requests made by the guest.
